Maddy is one of the main protagonists of the spin-off series Your Angel's Here!, serving as a knock-off version of Angel Gabby.
Background[]
True to the pun in her name, Maddy is a scrawny, nihilistic, and angry character that resembles Angel Gabby, down to her white color and yellow shirt. However, she is a complete opposite of her original counterpart — while Gabby is caring, thoughtful, and patient, Maddy is disruptive, inconsiderate, and impulsive, and therefore lacks any manners or control over her language. This anger feeds into her hatred towards anything related to the original show; as the two universes are linked in some way, the original show's existence leads to her bootleg show existing as well. Therefore, Maddy despises her world, her own existence, and her status as a bootleg, creating the central conflict of the spin-off series.
Her angst leads her to do crazy and illogical acts, which perfectly contrasts with her friend Richard but is enough for her to be convinced by Zig's crazed rambling. Such acts include trying to tune out the laugh track by making a long, annoying sound that is more intrusive and irritating, and setting her own storyboard on fire due to her hatred towards Angel Hare.

Though they have yet to interact, promotional art have shown her vandalizing depictions of Gabby, or even incapacitating her, showing how much she hates her original counterpart.
Josh[]
Briefly mentioned in Zigure of Speech, Josh was Maddy's Jonah, and she regularly communicated with him during his childhood. Likely due to this, Josh became a criminal and has since came to resent Your Angel's Here.
