A Fran or Friend is an entity that acts as a supporting character to their universe's angel.
They share many traits with their angels, including their sentience and the ability to travel between different universes. However, their existence isn't always reliant on the existence of their angel, as they can leave or get fired even if their angel chooses to stay. In addition, though they tend to be supporting characters when an angel is teaching a lesson, they are usually the main characters in the fanmail bonus episodes.
Currently, the series has introduced three Frans:
- Francis, Angel Gabby's Fran in Angel Hare
- Francine, Angel Zaggy's Fran in Wylde Hare
- Francois, Angel Cammy's Fran in Hyrax in the Rocks
Both Francis and Francine have made notable appearances throughout the series, while Francois has only been mentioned due to him leaving his game sometime prior to Season 3.
